The onboarding flow is designed to turn approved access into a private, structured workspace. Each answer helps BioAtlas organise goals, context, preferences, readiness signals, and continuity across the Vault, meal planner, calendar, and educational guided education surfaces.
Access request is reviewed and approved.
Approved user returns to the Approved Access Portal and signs in using the same approved email address.
Start Journey opens the guided onboarding environment.
The user completes the 11-step onboarding flow.
BioAtlas builds a personal profile from goals, context, preferences, and readiness signals.
The private Vault activates as the continuity workspace.
Calendar and Today workflows organise timing, routines, reminders, and planning windows.
Meal Planner and Plate Intelligence use dietary, medication, biomarker, and profile context where available.
Medications, supplements, allergies, restrictions, blood-data readiness, and biomarker context are kept coordinated.
Bloods, biomarkers, mutations, and systems-state overlays can enrich the personal workspace when added.
Adaptive personalisation and guided support provide educational navigation and continuity within safety boundaries.
