01 / SOURCE SCALE

Large numbers.
Specific meanings.

Eight manifests describe eight different source populations. Each figure keeps its own unit, release and custody context.

Extraction volume by source

Chart scale

Logarithmic scale: log10(1 + record count). Smaller populations expand; bar lengths are not proportional to volume.

212.1M records. Remote custody.

The Census manifest reports zero records materialized locally. The remote source remains authoritative.

0 locally materialized

02 / FORMAL ADAPTER REGISTRY

Ten adapters.
Evidence in focus.

Manifest-backed extraction, scoped controls and completion-unverified work retain their distinct status.

Registry provenance & local checkout

The connected repository registry contains ten formal entries. The local checkout currently contains its earlier eight-entry version. This preview preserves both files and uses the connected ten-entry classification alongside eight locally inspected manifests.

03 / EVIDENCE BOUNDARIES

Extraction is a beginning.
Admission is a decision.

Source records retain their identity, provenance and evidential limits as they move through the system.

0Automatic admissions
0Canonical mutations

Reported by each of the eight completed extraction manifests.

Source record

Acquire

The adapter extracts or traverses a pinned source release. Its manifest records volume, release custody and completion status.

Acquisition establishes what was collected. It does not establish a biological claim.

NCI: a separate workstream

Controlled reference and reconciliation work. Not a formal full-source adapter; not included in the 243.1M total. Original custody and the preserved evidence package remain unverified in this readiness pass.

AlphaFold: prediction stays prediction

A formal viral-complex adapter. The registry declares an expected release target of 1,703,992 interactions across 23 viral families. Completed extraction is unverified; the target is excluded from the total.

04 / READINESS & HOLDS

The evidence has edges.
We keep them visible.

Historical engineering reports support specific checks. Publication and source rights remain separate decisions.

18 / 18

P89A reported checks

Historical deploy-readiness report, 7 June 2026. Not a fresh V6 build result.

0

Reported route violations

Public route contract, 24 May 2026: 56 files and 238 public links scanned.

Held

Raw asset clearance

RA-02 evidence and the authoritative rights ledger were unavailable in the readiness pass. Raw source assets remain withheld.

01

Raw source content

Record payloads, images and source tables remain withheld pending asset-specific rights review.

02

Audit closure

Existing closed audits and rights holds are preserved. This exhibition does not reopen or approve them.

03

Public release

This exhibition publishes curated summary measurements and evidence provenance only. It does not grant rights to reuse or redistribute upstream source content.
